One of the most interesting upcoming FPS games, at least in terms of visuals, is Mouse: P.I. For Hire, by Fumi Games/Playside. Until now, we didn't have a release date, other than a vague 2025, but as it turns out, even that wasn't accurate.
According to a company announcement, Mouse: P.I. For Hire is scheduled for release on March 19, 2026. The game features a unique combination of noir aesthetics and 1930s cartoons (hence the "dominance" of black and white). The development team, which has been working on the game for several years, promises a mystery-filled storyline and high-level gameplay that will combine intense action and Metroidvania elements.
