Following an announcement by Rockstar Games, the original Read Dead Redemption will finally be officially released on PC on October 29, 2024, a full fourteen years after its initial appearance on 7th generation consoles.
The remaster of the game was undertaken by the Double Even development team, which promises all the "goodies" of modern games. Namely, resolutions up to 4k, many options on the graphics engine, ultrawide and HDR support, as well as support for frame generation standards (DLSS and FSR).
Of course, the Undead Nightmare DLC is included in the bundle, and at the moment, no purchase price has been announced.
Better late than never as they say...
