Dear Obsidian,

We are Ragequit.gr, a PC gaming enthusiast community from Greece. We have created this video message to express our gratitude to you, for including such a thoughtful homage to our fallen friend, Elias 'Alucard' Zelenitsas, in the upcoming Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire. Elias was a husband and a teacher, the kindest, humblest soul you could ever hope to meet. His big heart and warm, honest demeanour made anyone who sat, played or talked with him feel like they had known him for years instead of moments. His thread was cut way ahead of its time, but we take solace in knowing that his memory will sail on forever in the archipelago of Deadfire.

As children living in grown bodies, we have been fans of the Black Isle titles since the late 90s right through where you are now. Your tales of heroism/romance and thought-provoking philosophy have kept us company, inspired us, even contributed to what we are today. We always know that whenever we want to experience games that were labours of love for the medium, we could turn to your products. For all these reasons, we are humbled, touched and overjoyed that Elias will now be part of your legacy. On behalf of everyone from the Ragequit community. Thank you!
