Άνοιξα support ticket.

[hide login=1]Hello,

there have been numerous reports and reddit posts over the last couple of days of Steam accepting refund requests for No Man's Sky even when the regular limits of 2 hours of gametime and 2 weeks since the purchase date have been exceeded. I made a refund request (asking that the purchase amount be refunded to my steam wallet) using the automated system, but have been rejected for having more than 2 hours of playtime.

I have 5 hours of playtime, but this despite the fact of experiencing constant stuttering issues and frequent crashes to desktop. 2 official patches have sadly not helped.

Even a cursory glance at my steam account and purchase history will prove that I am anything but a "casual", infrequent steam user or someone trying to abuse the refund system. I would like to ask if it is possible for the refund policy rules to be overlooked for a product with well-documented technical issues that I made an honest effort to look past, but ultimately can't. If so, please refund my No Man's Sky purchase to my Steam Wallet.[/hide]
